  • I promote mental wealth by offering mental wellness sessions by video on a HIPPA compliant platform for those on the go. If you desire to have deeper insight into current life happenings, desire more clarity about repetitive cycles, relationships or simply feel the need to talk to someone, I’m here to help. My approach is collaborative and tailor-made to fit your specific needs.

    What Can I Expect in my First Session?

    In our first 60 to 75-minute session, we’ll talk about your presenting concerns, background, and personal goals. This session will give us the opportunity to build rapport and plan for treatment.

  • Wondering what’s the next step or strategy to shift your organization or company’s culture? I specialize in educational programming, cultural competence, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

    I’m passionate about using my experiences and clinical expertise to help leaders reach their goals. I’m known for my authentic and collaborative approach to leadership development and strategic planning and believe that “in life we must know when to move with a sense of urgency in order to meet our window of opportunity.”

    With these things in mind, I lead clients through a heart-centered, people-focused process to define goals, understand the needs, and together, design a roadmap that will move your organization forward.
