    I’m passionate about using my experiences and clinical expertise to help leaders reach their goals. I’m known for my authentic and collaborative approach to leadership development and strategic planning and believe that “in life we must know when to move with a sense of urgency in order to meet our window of opportunity.”

    With these things in mind, I lead clients through a heart-centered, people-focused process to define goals, understand the needs, and together, design a roadmap that will move your organization forward.
